Assess, diagnose, care, and coordinate subspecialty consultations for children, teens, and adults with psychiatric medical

Coordinate care with counselors, therapists, inpatient psychiatric teams, primary care providers, and community-based treatment teams in supporting patients to function optimally in residential, home, community, and school settings.
Provide medication support services and diagnostic consultations in collaboration with multidisciplinary team and implement individualized, strengths-based, culturally responsive, participant/family-centered approaches to treatment.
Respond with flexibility to patients' needs in providing direct care and crisis intervention, medication support, and counseling and education to participants/families, utilizing effective listening and interpretive skills.
